ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We are proud to be one of the few Viennese apartment hotels that exemplifies inclusion. For this reason we have two barrier-free apartments that are ideal for wheelchair users and people with disabilities. We are happy to provide a care bed and other medical aids on request. In addition, our hall is equipped with a stair lift in order to reach the lift unhindered.
Companion or assistance dogs also sleep with us free of charge.

4 dogs and 2 cats: Kaya, Bonnie, Hummel, Shiva, Lili and Mia are proof: we love our pets.
That's why our house is animal-friendly - your furry friend is very welcome and will be spoiled with treats, a dog bed and bowl.
Please remember to book your four-legged friends when booking.

Our entire booking process through to check-in and check-out is completely contactless. You can get into the house and your apartment with a 4-digit code - very uncomplicated and easy.

For us, contactless does not mean impersonal. Our plants accompany you during your visit and take care of your well-being.
Cycling is not only healthy, but also good for our environment. That's why we particularly like seeing guests arriving by bike or train.
In our entrance hall there is therefore a spacious and secure bicycle storage room.
We also work together with 'Rent a Bike Passau' and 'Fahrradladen Passau' and thus make it possible to return a bike borrowed in Passau directly at the Urban Jungle.

The bikes can be returned from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. if you register in advance by email at bike-return(at)urban-jungle.at.
We ask for your understanding that we charge a one-time depot fee of € 10.00 (cash) per bike. This fee does not apply to our apartment guests.
The return is also possible outside of these core times, but there is a one time, additional processing fee of € 10.00 per delivery - thus in total
€20.00 for one bike, €30.00 for two bikes etc.
