A beautiful, idyllic paradise - our courtyard, the Urban Jungle Garden, is the perfect place for our apartment guests to unwind and relax after exploring the city.

In addition to in-house pop-up events, the charming and uniquely designed courtyard with 100m² and the associated multi-purpose room (60m²) also offers many opportunities for external guests. Whether as a workshop, seminar or party room - we have the infrastructure and the perfect flair for your event with up to 30 people.

We are also completely barrier-free and animal-friendly. The entire area is wheelchair accessible and your four-legged friends are also very welcome.

Depending on availability, we are happy to provide you with one of our sustainable designer apartments directly in our house at a reduced price. Viewings possible by appointment from Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m
