We are proud to be one of the few apartment accommodations in Vienna that not only support inclusion, but truly live it. Out of conviction – and because it genuinely matters to us. That’s why we offer two fully accessible apartments in our 'Fancy' category, specifically designed to meet the needs of wheelchair users and people with disabilities. So that all our guests can enjoy their stay with us without limitations.
We are also happy to provide a nursing bed and other medical aids upon request:

Unfortunately, we do not have our own parking spaces that we can provide to you during your stay with us. However, there is a disabled parking space on our street, which can be used free of charge with a valid disabled person's ID card - otherwise a short-term parking zone applies in Vienna. Alternatively, there are two public garages in the immediate vicinity of our house:
STAIR LIFT
Our main entrance is barrier-free - the entrance hall is equipped with a stair lift, which allows you to easily reach the three steps to the elevator (door width 90 cm, cabine 140 x 133 cm). A EuroKey is required to use it. If you don't have a EuroKey yourself, we will be happy to provide you with one for the duration of your stay. In case of loss we have to deduct €50 from the apartment deposit.
DIMENSIONS
The wheelchair can not roll under our beds. Depending on the apartment, you have between 1.70m and 1.30m of space next to the bed. The toilet grab bar can be folded away and has a load capacity of 100 kg vertically and 35 kg horizontally.
