4-Star Apartments

The Urban Jungle Apartments in Vienna are officially classified as a 4-star accommodation. This certification confirms our high standards in terms of facilities, comfort and service. Our guests enjoy the freedom and flexibility of a private apartment combined with the quality standards of a 4-star stay in Vienna.

Austrian Ecolabel & EU Ecolabel

The Urban Jungle Apartments in Vienna are certified with both the Austrian Ecolabel and the EU Ecolabel.

Our event venue, the Urban Jungle Garden, has also been awarded the Austrian Ecolabel for event venues.

These certifications are based on verifiable requirements in areas such as energy use, water consumption, waste management, purchasing and environmental management. We explain many of the measures we have implemented in more detail on our sustainability page.

SDI Platinum 2024

In the ESG rating by Sustainable Development Innovations (SDI), the Urban Jungle Apartments achieved 82 out of 100 points and received a Platinum rating.

According to the underlying assessment, the operational greenhouse gas emissions recorded within the defined accounting framework were below 1 kg CO₂e per overnight stay.

For comparison: 1 kg CO₂e is roughly equivalent to the greenhouse gas emissions from driving around 6 kilometres in an average petrol-powered car.

Blaue Schwalbe

The Urban Jungle Apartments have been selected by Blue Swallow as a recommended holiday accommodation.

The award places particular emphasis on environmental awareness, regionality, personal hospitality and a respectful approach to people and nature.

Pfotencheck – 5 Paws

Pfotencheck.com awarded the Urban Jungle Apartments its highest rating of five paws for dog-friendly accommodation.

Dogs are not simply allowed here – they are genuinely welcome.

KAYAK Travel Award 2025

The Urban Jungle Apartments received the KAYAK Travel Award 2025.
