1. We are a contactless apartment building without a reception. You need to complete the check-in process yourself in order to receive your access code for the building and your apartment.

2. The online self check-in is available on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM onwards, after you have received an email or a message via your booking platform (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.). The subject is “Check in now” and you will find a “CHECK-IN” button there.

 

All relevant information about the online self check-in is also included in this message, as well as in your initial booking confirmation.

If you cannot find the email or message, you can easily check in via the Jungle Book, our digital guest guide. Simply go to “My Reservation”, enter your reservation number and the last name used for the booking, and the process will start.

 

Your reservation number can be found in your booking confirmation, which you received either via email or through the messaging portal of your booking platform, including all relevant details for the online self check-in. If you experience any issues, please double-check the details you provided during booking, as there might be a typo.

3. Please follow the check-in process as described and enter the details of all accompanying guests. You can also review and adjust your billing address during this step.

4. If your stay has not yet been fully paid, the remaining balance must be settled during the check-in process, together with a security deposit. The deposit of €500 can be used for additional services during your stay and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out.

 

Please note that check-in is not possible without the deposit.

5. After completing the online self check-in, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your access code for your apartment and all common areas of the building. If you do not receive a code, please check whether your email address was entered correctly. Providing a valid email address that you can access at any time is mandatory.

 

You can also access your personal code at any time via the menu item “Door Opening”.

6. Once you have your code, you can open the main entrance and then your apartment and enjoy your stay in Vienna.

 

To enter the building, you can immediately use the 4-digit comfort code. The terminal is located to the right of the entrance door. For your apartment door, you will first need to use the initial start code once. After that, you can also use the 4-digit comfort code for your apartment door.

⚠️ Please do not forget to confirm after entering the code by pressing the checkmark or, at the terminals (main entrance, bike room, and garbage room), by pressing “E” to complete the process and open the door.
