1. We are a contactless apartment building with no reception. You have to complete the check-in process yourself to get into the building and your apartment. Please don't just ring the bell everywhere. ​

 

2. Online check-in is only possible from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 8 p.m., you should still check in online between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. so that you receive your personal access code. Once you have your personal access code, you can arrive at any time, even after 8 p.m.

 

3. Basically, you have already received all the information about the check-in process by email or via the booking provider's message function (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.). Please read the message with the subject “Check in now” carefully and click on the “CHECK-IN” button or simply follow these instructions.

 

4. If you can't find the email, you can easily check in using the JUNGLE BOOK, our digital guest directory. Simply click on “My Reservation”, enter your reservation number and your last name and the process will start. If you have any difficulties, please check the details you provided when booking again - there may have been a typo. ​

 

5.  Now carry out the process as described and enter the personal details of all guests traveling with you. In this step you can also check the billing address again and adjust it if necessary. ​

 

6. If your stay has not yet been paid for in full, the remaining payment must be made in the next step of check-in together with a deposit. The amount of Euro 500.00 will be blocked on your credit card for the duration of your stay and can be used for additional services booked with us during your stay. Otherwise the amount will not be debited. Excess and blocked amounts will be automatically released again no later than 7 days after check-out. Check-in is not possible without paying the deposit.

7. As soon as your apartment is cleaned and ready for occupancy, you can check in between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. After successful online check-in, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the access code for your apartment and all other public areas of our house. You can also access your personal access code at any time in the DOOR OPENING menu item. ​

 

8. Open the main entrance gate and then your apartment and enjoy your stay in Vienna! To open the entrance door to our house you can immediately use the 4-digit comfort code. The terminal for entering the code is located to the right of the entrance door. At the apartment door itself you first have to use the start code once. Afterwards, you can only use the 4-digit comfort code on your apartment door. ​

 

⚠️ Don't forget: After entering the numbers, always click on the check mark or press "E" at the terminals (entrance door, bicycle room and garbage room) to confirm the process and open the door.
