BIKE FRIENDLY
Cycling is not only healthy, but also good for our environment. That's why we particularly like seeing guests arriving by bike.
In our entrance hall, you’ll find a spacious and secure bicycle storage room equipped with a pump and a bike repair station.
We also work with Rent a Bike Passau and Fahrradladen Passau, which allows you to return a bike rented in Passau directly to us here at Urban Jungle.
Bicycles can be dropped off Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 10:00 and 12:00, with prior registration via the contact form below (at least 3 working days in advance). Please note that we charge a one-time deposit fee of €10.00 (cash) per bike or trailer. This fee is waived for our house guests, who booked directly on our website.
Outside of these core hours, drop-off is also possible, but there will be an additional one-time handling fee of €10.00 per drop-off — meaning €20.00 for one bike, €30.00 for two bikes, and so on. This amount must be paid via bank transfer.
In both cases, prior registration via the contact form below at least 3 working days in advance is required. Otherwise, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee acceptance of your bike.
We are happy to check if a spontaneous drop-off is possible. However, in such cases, a one-time call-out fee of €100.00 (cash) applies. You can contact us at +43 1 214 0123.
