BIKE FRIENDLY
Cycling is not only healthy, but also good for our environment. That's why we particularly like seeing guests arriving by bike or train.
In our entrance hall there is therefore a spacious and secure bicycle storage room.
We also work with 'Rent a Bike Passau' and ' Fahrradladen Passau ' and thus make it possible to return a bike rented in Passau directly to us in the Urban Jungle.
The bikes can be returned from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., provided you register in advance by email (at least 3 working days in advance) to bike- return(at)urban-jungle.at . We ask for your understanding that we charge a one-off deposit fee of € 10.00 (cash) per bike. This fee is waived for our house guests.
Dropping off outside of these core hours is also possible, but there is a one-time additional processing fee of
€ 10.00 per delivery - thus a total of
€ 20.00 for one wheel, € 30.00 for two rims, etc.
Pre-registration is required at least 3 working days in advance by email to bike-return(at)urban-jungle.at and payment in advance via bank transfer. Otherwise we cannot guarantee delivery.
